Project Synopsis
Hugo and Arnie are two young men who spend their nights roaming the desolate suburban streets of their small town. One night it becomes apparent that Hugo's aspirations for something more isn't reflected by his best friend. The two spend what will be there last night together as this friendship is torn apart by the ambitions of one and the complacency of another.
Arnie

Description: Arnie is anxious and energetic. He is constantly trying to find something new to do. Arnie has a hard time staying one place, and often takes to walking the streets with his best friend Hugo. Arnie thinks he is mature, so he often angers easily when things don't go his way.
