IMPORTANT INFO:
You must be at least 18 years of age as of the date you sign this application. If you want to apply for the show, You MUST bring the following items with you to the open call.
Completed and signed copy of this application (which includes a photocopy of your driver’s license or government issued photo ID);
A few, recent clear photos of yourself (a headshot and a couple full body shots from different angles)
Please come camera ready, in dance attire and don't forget to wear appropriate footwear. Most importantly, be ready to dance!
NOTE: YOU DO NOT NEED TO PREPARE A DANCE ROUTINE. WE WILL PROVIDE MUSIC FOR YOU TO DANCE. WE JUST WANT TO MEET YOU AND SEE YOUR BEST DANCE MOVES!
