Does anyone know anything about these people? I respond to an ad/casting and got a girl on a power trip telling me it's obvious a modeling school did my photos and she asked if I had "...any real professional experience?" I have been modeling since I was 16 and never encountered a professional that rude. Watch out. OH! They also claim you must have an agent to work with them, but they are a placement agency? I am confused...

Hey there would it be too much to ask you to post the email they sent? I've never heard of them.

First of all, a modeling school did NOT do my photos. I have never stepped foot in a school or been affiliated with an agency since I was 16. I worked with the Playboy Promotional Team in 2003 for the 50th Anniversary Playmate Search. I was the International Spokesmodel for Sanfaustino Water for 1 1/2 yrs and toured with the World Kickboxing Association for the last 3 years as the head of Ring Card Girls. I was a runway model for the Barry Fletcher hair show in 2004 and had a 6 page fashion spread in June 2005 Paintball Sports Magazine. I would appreciate an appropriate and not insulting response when I take the time to respond to an ad or casting. I have as well done 2 short films and been cast in a full length here in San Diego. So yes, I do have "professional" experience. I pride myself on my work ethic and ability to remain professional in any situation. I am sorry you do not approve my photos but they have worked thus far for me. Please let me know what other photos you would like me to submit, I have a few as wellas a 2 day photoshoot in Virginia in 2 weeks that will supply me with more. If photos is what your trying to sell then I am not interested. If this is a legitimate casting for a runway show then I'd love a chance to participate. I do apologize if this seems slightly rude I just did not expect that repsonse from a professional.

Who shot the photos. We see that same background in all the modeling
school girls.
You need a agent to work with us as well.

I have 2, one on the west coast and one on the east, however I find a few solid bookings on my own at times. As for the background, I have had several shoots with a black/white background. Its very common, especially if its headshots. I appreciate your time but due to your overwhelming lack of professionalism I feel as if this assignment would not benefit me at this time.

No idea really. A google on them did turned up nothing actually except this post. So there's not much informaiton on them. Just use your judgement and proceed with caution. Encountering a rude person doesn't mean they are fraudulent.

I've found rude people to be common place in this industry. Personally, when I have a bad experience at first impression I usually won't go any further.

Not everyone in the modeling world has it's easy! Mostly ups and down but all and all there is a lot of shitie people in the fashion world. It doesn't mean someone is not a legitimate business just because they maybe didn't handle your situation correctly.
