I drove 3 hours and spent 40 dollars going to a seminar for Image 1 Model and Talent Agency. At the seminar they demanded over $2000 for you to model for them. They kept saying; "You don't have to pay any more than this 40 dollars but if you pay 2000 for pictures and modeling classes and etc etc. it will make you more marketable." I didn't pay that because I knew it was probably a scam to begin with since it was 40 bucks.
They NEVER called me back. When I called them up they demanded I spend more money on classes etc and they claimed thats why I never got jobs.
Real models are 5'7 skinny and attractive. They work for Ford, Elite, and Next.
The idea of a talent agency where all ages, sizes and shapes are welcome is bull. This is a scam. If you are tall enough, make an appointment with Ford, Elite or Next model agency. These are legitimate. If you aren't tall enough, like me, you need to give it up.You aren't going to be a model and thats life. I'm currently going to school for cosmetology because thats what I think is fun and its the closest I'll get to becoming a model. <3 | TinaAER I don't post much...
