yess ... i paid 450 dollars got some color negatives and i paid 25 dollars extra toput 4 of them on a cd

Sometimes lessons are hard learned. Everyone should know by now, through proper research, that you NEVER pay upfront for the promise of jobs. In many states, in fact, that is illegal. Take your lesson learned and from hereon always educate yourself first before jumping into a situation. Only real agencies provide real jobs... and there isn't any fees to pay.

If this happened in NY, report it to the state - since what they did was against the law.

I agee if it happened in New York you should report it to the Department of Consumer Affiars.
