Re: Auditions first, it depends on what the Client, Casting agent or Agency is casting for.
Having that first information helps you decide what type of image to submit or how to dress to the casting. Also, a universal rule is to wear all black top and bottom that fits your body.
Now.....
You wanna make people who are auditioning you, feel comfortable that you can do the type of job(s) that they're casting for.
Sometimes, if you are going to a casting for a particular company, its smart to research the company and know a few facts. You'll wanna stand out from the bunch, some how!
Some castings may not require a full out interview session but its very important to speak well. As a model you represent not only yourself but the client/ company and your modeling agency.
To the last question....
when you arrive, more than likely, you'll have to fill out an informational sheet. Some agencies DO NOT like nor allow their talents to give his or her personal information. you may have to provide just your name & measurements. The rest of the info will have to be your Agency's info, ie contact number and address etc.......
You wanna be treated properly, so if you let the casting agents talk directly to your Agency or Agent, more that likely, no one will take advantage of you nor mess with your pay.
you may be asked to try on garments, walk, dance, read a script or a few lines, and or take some head shots or full body shots.
.................that's briefly your casting scene............ |
