Has anyone ever heard of this guy named Tyrone McFarlin? The website is http://www.bettercalltyrone.com/ and it seems a little fishy to me. Just wondered what you guys thought...

He's the director and they say something about getting actors on a conference call with the director.

I've heard of him before, but I have never met the guy. Some of his business ideas are great and I've gotten several emails regarding his movie and such. I tried to do one of the conference calls once. After 20 minutes of listening to a slight buzz and a whole bunch of people talking at once, I got annoyed and hung up. I'm not sure what they were all talking about. I wondered about him too. I guess maybe we wait and see if/when his movie comes out?

If they are still casting after all this time it is probably not "kosher"....

That guy is a complete fake he post crap all the time on craigslist trying to convince people he's somebody in the acting business. Please do not be fooled by this guy, just don't waste your time. -Moe B.-

I went to Atlanta Ga to audition for his so-called college film "Tyrone". When I got there he had cancelled to audition in Atlanta to Marietta,GA! After traveling alone at age 19, I was pissed. I had more cab fare so I caught a cab to marietta,GA! To a long story short, I was one of the chosen actresses to be in the movie ,but never heard anything else from him! And I'm now 23 years old, and I haven't heard anything about this movie. All the information and Blogs about the movie are from 2006. Nothing recent. Please be careful when you travel to gigs! And make sure they are legit! Dozens of people traveled to that audition and I'm so sure they feel just like me! Where in the world is Tyrone McFarlin????
