The reason why we do a background check on people "WHICH IS REFUNDABLE", is because we hired 15 models in the states for a huge commercial that paid $5,000.00 a piece for each person. Well to make a long story short only 5 people showed up 10 people didn't...they couldn't even get on the plane. What made it so bad it was on a Holiday weekend and the US office was closed, we couldn't get anyone ready in time.

I have to say this, I can see if were charging a lot of money and not doing our job, but who do you think pays for all the expense? Were not chrging anyone for any expense such as:

Phone calls
Mailing..over night express and that cost
etc.

So if you feel were a scam let me ask you this? Why do you pay to get on a website to review castings and we give them for free? Meaning Once you are in our database, you will receive castings through your email or site that are free we post free castings.

The castings that have submission information, you submit yourself to them, but only if you fit the description. These castings normally pay under $2,000.00, and if you are selected for one of these assignments, you keep that money. The other castings are from our major clients, normally paying over $2,000. We will automatically submit you to these castings, and if you are selected for one of these castings, we will receive a 20% commission fee if you are non-union talent, per assignment. If you are union talent, (SAG/AFTRA) the agency fee is 15% per assignment. *Models responding to our overseas clients, you are responsible for
getting your own passport, if selected.

So how can we be a scam, it's a shame when your posting castings for free, and your paying to review them..."Hell" 1/2 the castings moght be expired and you paid for what? {NOTHING)!!!

We don't mind sharing our castings, were hoping poeple like yourself find good jobs, that is what were here for.

Well I just wanted to clear that up. Were going to start posting free castings on this site, good luck to those who find work.

I checked the BBB online & One Model Essence is not listed with them. The reason was because they failed to comply to a response for a complaint about them. It didn't say why exactly.

I went to their websites & 1 doesn't work & the other one you can't even log into.

I am so glad I did not follow through with them. They asked for $60 for the background check. And the Chico Stevens guy gave me his direct number in case I had any questions.

Who is Chico Stevens again?

This was last summer. He was susposed to be in "charge" I guess, because the woman who called me and gave me the address to send the money to gave me his number because I wanted to know more info about the company.
