I've heard this type of thing reported as a scam before. And if they really wanted to sell product, they would use a professional photographer in a studio, not have you take pictures of yourself. That makes no sense.
Also, even if they were sincere, they certainly would be clueless business people to send product to people they don't even know expecting to get it back in the first place, so this is just a story to justify why you should send them money.
Finally, just because they are supposed Christian doesn't mean anything. They can say whatever they want; it doesn't mean it's true. And even then you have the Jimmy Swaggerts of the world and so on, and they lie and scam people. Finally, Christians don't ave a lock on honesty and ethics anyway; non-Christians can be just as honest and ethical as anybody else. |
