As a agency, we know that a easy word for a model to use is SCAM, if they are not happy with your services or they way an agency runs their business (some individuals don't realize how many people want to be models and the competition) and don't look at it from a business standpoint.

I'm not sure why individuals feel this way, maybe because the lack of self confidence or they don't get much work in a competitive market. Honestly there are about 10 models here in Atlanta that work alot and get paid alot.

We don't charge any fees to be apart of our agency we work on percentages, meaning the more jobs we book the more the model is paid and agency. Here in Atlanta there is a surplus of models and not enough jobs. SO MOST MODELS DON'T WORK.

We don't pay for photo shoots, web-site, or comp card because are contracts are non-exclusive, meaning there is no binding contract. Exclusive then we would pay for everything. Also, we could pay everything and when a model or actor moves to another state, where does the company stand with a non-exclusive contract signed WE LOSTED.

However, we assit in portfolio development, web-site enhancement, and use companies like print house media, prima, and other companies for printing of comp cards. Also we design the comp-cards for the model.

We have been extremely busy and sorry for the late response.

Management

Merry Christmas Be Blessed

That is all well and good but why would you post an audition that you have absolutely nothing to do with? I not only auditioned for Theater on the Square but got a call back for the role -- had I tried to work through you, I would have missed the audition completely.

I asked the casting people at Theater on the Square about you and your posting -- they said they did not know you, they did not work through agencies for this role and you used the information from their web site improperly.

Unhappy They got me

I still can't believe I've been had. I'ts shocking because I know how the modeling industy works and how a real agency would never make you come up out your pocket but these gentlemen made the agency look so legit. They are now located at Two Ravinia Drive, Suite 500, across from perimiter mall. They are in a very professional setting. They talk good too which also made it hard to resist. They got me for $25.00 for signing a contract with them. I usually research an agency b4 I go but I tried to google this one when I found out the name was CEO Modeling Agency and found nothing negative about them... till it was too late. And that's when I realized that it was a scam and I felt so stupid after I thought about some signs that should have made me realize its a scam. They keept saying you pay, you pay, you pay. Another give away should have been the fact that me n many of the other girls was like we all found it on craigs list but none of us knew the name of the agency cause it wasn't on the posting. I hope every one who finds a posting from them do their reaserch and find out about these men and don't end up like me.

Default SCAM in a nutshell

Well after I read on here that it was a scam, I noticed it was true that the post on craigs list they don't include the name of the agency. Then I thought about some signs that poped up thru out the day while I was there. They really look like a real agency but the other people you see in the office didn't seem like they had anthing to do with the agency. Ricky Bowens, the guy I dealt with, he said my portfolio is good but he recomends I sign up for this.class.101 and that.class.101 for a little improvement, they cost $10.00 a class. Then he wanted to take my professional photos out my portfolio for keeps. I gave him 1 like a dummy. Then he was sayin I need more photos for my portfolio and recomended photo packages ranging from 275.00 for 1 look to 990.00 for 4 looks. He kept telling he needs 1/2 the money a.s.a.p. By the 1st week of feb. He offerd me a contract and gave me 15 mins to read it. Thru out the contract it say's you pay for a lot like your comp cards and clasess and a 25.00 admin fee. I didn't see anything wrong with it. They made me believe it was legit. After I paid the 25.00, Mr Bowens gave me a hand written receipt stapled to the entire contract that I just signed. Didn't realize that till I got home. Don't you think they would need my signed contract if it was a legit company?
