It could be that these are the same people from the Wilhelmina Scouting Network. From reading i've put together that One Source Talent, TCT Talent, and Wilhelmina Scouting Network were the same. If that's true then they've changed their name more then a few times.

I went to these guys not long after I moved to NYC. I dont know if I would call them a scam, but there are an awful lot of people who are dissatisfied with them. They pull you in acting as if they are a managment company or agency. When you get there they tell you that the comp cards or headshots you have are not good enough, even if other agents have liked them. Then they ask you to buy some from them. After you do they take pictures right there, no prep, make up, or scenery. as for me, they were perhaps the worst pictures that I have ever seen of myself. Then they would not give me the original, they say you have to buy them from them for two dollars a copy. That is rediculous. There office is also pretty sketchy, and the head guy/photographer there looks very slimy, with slicked back hair, and a muscle shirt on. In retrospect I wish I had not gone. I would advise anybody who was thinking of checking them out not to. you can do better with your own digital camera on your roof.
