What is your personal goal/objective in this industry? (Why 'selfishly speaking' are you passionate about this?) For the aspiring talent out there who is giving all you have to give...WHY are you working so hard for this? Is it a dream? A means to an end? Just fun and now you're addicted? Why?

Well, this started when i was 14yrs. and it was a dream of mine. I loved it when i first tried it. Everyone always told me alot of people dont make it. I've been a independent model for 8yrs. Now i'm working in the industry, recruiting, scouting, and modeling. I work with other people to make events happen. My job as a host & coordinator. It doesn't pay the bills fulltime, but it pays some. I hoping to succeed at these events that i coordinate, and eventually do it myself.
